Starting in 2008, the full vineyard name is now Albesani Santo Stefano
rather than just Santo Stefano
.
Santo Stefano is a sub-vineyard of the Albesani vineyard in the Barbaresco commune of Neive.
The name of the full vineyard is now required by law.
Starting in 2009, these labels no longer have the village name on the label.
That is, these say just Albesani Santo Stefano
rather than
Albesani Santo Stefano di Neive
as in the past.
